By installing the Vendo extension or using our web platform, you agree to be bound by these conditions. If you do not accept these terms, please do not use our services.
2. Service Description
Vendo is an optimization assistant for e-commerce sellers. We use artificial intelligence to generate descriptions, analyze prices, and improve images.
Note: Vendo is an independent tool and is not affiliated, approved, or officially connected to Vinted, eBay, Leboncoin, or any other marketplace.
3. Subscriptions and Payments
Paid Plans: Access to Pro features requires an active monthly subscription.
Payment: Payments are secured and processed by Stripe. No refunds are made for partial periods (except under the 14-day guarantee, see Refund Policy).
Cancellation: You can cancel at any time from your dashboard. Access continues until the end of the billing period.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use the service to:
Generate illegal, misleading, or fraudulent content.
Attempt to bypass usage limits or reverse-engineer our API.
Resell access to your Vendo account.
5. Limitation of Liability
Vendo provides AI-based suggestions "as is". We do not guarantee the perfect accuracy of generated descriptions nor the success of your sales. You remain solely responsible for the content you publish on marketplaces.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by French laws. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Paris.
